Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of non-standard automation equipment (including tooling fixtures), and propose reasonable solutions;  
2. Develop implementation plans for non-standard automation projects, and follow up on the implementation status until the project is completed and closed.  
3. Manage daily affairs within the automation team and maintain the workshop site, etc.;  
4. Complete work tasks assigned by superiors;
Qualifications:
1. Must have 5 years of design work experience in non-standard automation equipment and tooling fixtures;
2. Able to independently lead a team of more than 5 people to jointly develop and complete automation projects;  
3. Familiar with the selection of automation components and have certain outsourcing vendor resources;  
4. Serious and rigorous in work, practical and steady in doing things, quick-thinking, generous in dealing with others, strong team cooperation awareness, strong pressure resistance, and willing to accept challenges.
5. Able to independently complete the design of non-standard automation and tooling fixtures,   reasonably use component parts, guide on-site construction, and provide timely solutions to problems that arise during assembly and debugging;
6. Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, PRO-E, and skilled in using Office software;  
7. Must have project management capabilities, able to regularly organize project review and analysis meetings, follow up on implementation progress and project summaries;  
8. Able to evaluate automation solutions provided by external vendors and propose reasonable suggestions;
