Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and connect with large real estate companies or decoration companies for strategic projects;
2. Develop OEM customers for switches, sockets, and power strips, and provide technical support and sales services for OEM customers.
3. Responsible for selecting valuable brand enterprises for cooperation projects, conducting strategic fit analysis and value assessment, and handling business negotiations, communication, and follow-up;
4. Formulate annual major customer development plans, set targets, supervise budget implementation, and oversee target decomposition and implementation;
5. Responsible for team building within the department, improving the organizational structure and related systems and processes, delegating tasks to members, planning implementation, inspection, supervision, performance evaluation, motivation, and reasonable allocation and control to ensure the completion of target plans;
6. Responsible for formulating and implementing public relations strategies for major customers and market expansion strategies;
7. Ensure effective sharing and feedback of information with the marketing department, export department, technical center, sales department, etc., to promote technological improvements and innovations;
8. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the information database of major customer files and other archives;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with OEM sales, procurement, and management processes,
2. More than 3 years of experience in engineering project customer development and management in the fields of electrical, lighting, wires, and decoration materials;
3. Graduated from related majors such as mechanical design, electronic materials engineering;
4. Rich customer resources in real estate companies, decoration companies, and municipal projects.
