Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the workshop supervisor in management work, including creating production technical documents, training grassroots personnel, assisting in the statistics of working hours and prices, etc.
2. Under the training of the supervisor, be able to act as the workshop team leader's management work.
3. Assist the manufacturing director in promoting the implementation of various project management topics. (For example, mold abnormal improvement topics, injection molding process specification topics, hardware forming process specification topics, assembly workshop efficiency improvement topics) Establish good customer relationships with dealers, distributors, and other customers at all levels to ensure the effective implementation of the company's marketing policies.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical, materials, industrial engineering, management (engineering background), or other manufacturing management-related fields, fresh graduates are accepted.
2. Have a background in relevant professional knowledge of manufacturing management.
3. Able to endure hardships and work overtime.
4. Have a strong interest in the manufacturing industry and plan to engage in manufacturing technology and management work in the long term in the future.
